  • Can we add on extra time for your services on event day?
    Yes, an additional fee and will need to be paid on the day.
  • How do we get the content?
    Guests can receive their pictures or videos instantly via airdrop, QR code, text or email. After the event we can send a link to you with all the content your guests have created.
  • Does the 360 booth platform spin around?
    No. Only the actual camera spins around the platform
  • How much space is needed for the 360 booth?
    We ask for a 12x12ft space with at least 8ft of clearance above. However 10x10 ft can work. The 360 booth probably will not be booked for your entire event duration, so you can get the space back.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes. We have public liability up to 10 million that can be provided to for your venue of choice if need be. Also our booths all come fully PAT tested.
  • Do your photo booths come with props?
    Yes we can provide standard props with notice for free. Customised props and specific props for your event come at an additional charge.
  • Does my photo booth come with an attendant?
    The 360 booth always comes with 1-3 attendants depending on the scale of the event. The vintage booth does not come with an attendant* unless requested for additional price, but generally is not needed. The selfie post box does not come with an attendant*. *a damage deposit is held and refunded once the products are collected and checked
  • Can I hire a photo booth and 360 booth together?
    Absolutely.

    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
